Karen and I are up for the weekend in South Atlanta. It is like a miny vacation. Tomorrow, we will be going south to Macon to attend our first church plant initiative. This is training provided by our district. It is always great when church planters come together. Everyone is filled with ideas and plans. Networking with church planters is a great thing for planters. One, you get some great ideas from the others and I mean great! Two, you can share with others things you can't share with most. Planters know what others are going through and there is a kindred spirit there because of the passion and vision everyone has. Church Planting is very exciting and it is a great adventure to embark.
On Sunday, we are attending another church here is South Atlanta. To my surprise, John Bevere will be speaking. If you have read previous post, you will know that I am a big fan of his writings and have been for about a decade. Should be an excellent weekend!
