When coming to Atlanta, I told my wife that I thought we would be surprise by how many kids who are now adults we would run into from my days of ministering to Valdosta's innercity. For almost a decade, I pastored an innercity ministry called Kids Explosion which was attended by thousands of kids over the years.
Tonight I had dinner across town with one family which I ministered. It has made my week. I was in meeting all day long and was really tired when driving there. Once I got there, energy jolted my body. We sat and ate for hours. We talk about the present as well as the 'good ol' days!' I love ministry and I love people. It is what God's Kingdom is about - people.
