Karen and I were getting ready to go to a meeting tonight in midtown. While getting my phone, I checked to see if anyone called. One missed call. My phone had been on silent since Saturday night's service at Paramount.
The miss phone call - George O. Wood, the new general superintendent of the Assemblies of God. What a call to miss!! He called to encourage us on our brand new church plant. He had received some paperwork on his desk about PC and wanted to call and tell us he was praying for us and was encourage by our call and dedication of our church plant.
Boy, it is bad to miss a phone call like that!!
